尿失禁 (UI) 被认为是一种令人痛苦的疾病，尤其是在老年人中，并且与男性和女性的健康相关生活质量呈负相关。在所有早老性椎板病中都发现了 Prelamin A 积累，并且显然与细胞和机体衰老有关。
2019年3月20日，昆明医科大学方克伟团队在Journal of Cellular Physiology 在线发表题为“Prelamin A overexpression promotes detrusor calcification/aging in urinary incontinence via prelamin A accumulation”的研究论文，该研究表明prelamin A 过表达会损害其法呢基化形式的降解，从而导致 prelamin A 积累，从而诱导 UI 逼尿肌钙化/老化。2021年9月20日，该文章被撤回，主要原因是研究设计中出现错误并且无法验证实验结果。另外，昆明医科大学方克伟团队在Cellular Physiology & Biochemistry 的题为“MicroRNA-27a Suppresses Detrusor Fibrosis in Streptozotocin-Induced Diabetic Rats by Targeting PRKAA2 Through the TGF-β1/Smad3 Signaling Pathway”的研究论文被撤回，主要原因是结果无法重复。但是，在Pubpeer爆料，该文章存在数据完整性及图片重复使用的情况。昆明医科大学方克伟团队在Cellular Physiology & Biochemistry发表题为“MicroRNA-214 Affects Fibroblast Differentiation of Adipose-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells by Targeting Mitofusin-2 during Pelvic Floor Dysfunction in SD Rats with Birth Trauma”的研究论文被撤回，主要原因是结果无法重复。但是，在Pubpeer爆料，该文章存在数据完整性及图片重复使用的情况。最后，Retraction诚恳地建议，作者/杂志社撤稿时，应该实事求是，真实的写明撤稿原因，只有这样才能更好的推动学术进展。
